Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions are applied in accordance to our Terms of Business.
2. This offer is only applicable to new applicants that have not held a previous account with us and is not for the funding for our existing customers.
3. This offer will be valid for the profits and losses you have made for 2 weeks after the moment you have funded your account. This campaign is not valid for the trades that are left open after the 2 weeks period or after the campaign ends.
4. This offer runs for the time when the account is opened by us and is only valid for real accounts and not for demo accounts.
5. This offer applies only for the first funding you have made and only for one time, and is not valid for the funding after the first one.
6. This campaign is only for the profits and losses for the specified period of time. The sum of the profits and losses represents the net loss.
7. You must call the trading desk or email helpdesk_int@gkfx.com to claim you cash refund within 3 days after this offer ends.
8. Refunds will usually be credited to your account within 24hrs of a request being made, subject to approval.
9. You may make your claim once, at any time during the offer period. Once you have claimed any refund up to the permitted maximum of $300 you may not make any more claims.
10. GKFX İnternet Hizmetleri Ltd will not be liable for any losses occurred over and above the amount mentioned in our offer.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer that GKFX İnternet Hizmetleri Ltd may be running.
12. No members of staff, or their relatives, of GKFX İnternet Hizmetleri Ltd or any associated company, may take part in this promotion.
13. All applicants must be 18 years old or over, subject to our usual Terms of Business.
14. GKFX İnternet Hizmetleri Ltd reserves the right to amend, cancel or restrict this offer to any applicant or customer without notifying before.
15. This campaign is only for applicants who work with GKFX İnternet Hizmetleri Ltd directly and not for the applicants who work with GKFX İnternet Hizmetleri Ltd with an intermediary .
