Depositing Funds
The quickest and easiest way to deposit funds with GKFX is to use a credit or debit card.
Payments that are successfully authorised will be credited to your account immediately.
We accept the following payment cards:
- Credit cards: Visa and MasterCard
For all payments there is a minimum deposit of 10 UK Pounds, 10 US Dollars, or 10 Euros.
We do not accept any third party payments.
Debit card
You can credit money instantly using your debit card to your account by using the Deposit section of the client area.
If you need to register a new debit card, this can also be done within the same section.
Credit card
You can credit money instantly using your Visa or MasterCard to your account by using the Deposit
section of the client area.
If you need to register a new credit card, this can also be done within the same section.
Please note that your credit card provider may treat payments made to us as a cash advance, and you will be billed by them accordingly.
Bank transfer
You can credit funds to your GKFX account via a same-day bank transfer.
Please quote your name and GKFX account number as a reference.
Please be aware that once a deposit has reached our bank account it may take up to 24 hours to allocate this to your trading account. If you wish to speed up the process it would be advisable to inform us of the transfer, so please contact the help desk.
Withdrawing Funds
To protect you and GKFX from fraud we may request additional information of proof of identity from you before any withdrawal can be made. You must also have confirmed the Withdrawal Verification Code (WVC) which has been sent to your registered address.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal request is 50 UK Pounds, 50 US Dollars, 50 Euros unless you have no open positions and request your full balance.
All withdrawal requests must be made by midday Turkish time to be processed that day. The funds may not be debited from your account until 4pm. If, when your request is processed, you do not have sufficient funds available for withdrawal then the request will be revoked, and an email will be sent to you to confirm this.
All payment requests will be combined, so please do not request more than one payment in a 24hr period unless you have the combined amount available.
We will also not make any third party payments.
Credit Cards
All refunds will be made to the original depositing credit card, where possible. If a refund exceeds the total amount of deposits made from that card then the excess amount will be paid to a verified bank account if we are unable to pay the excess to the original card.
Debit Cards
All refunds will be made to the original depositing debit card even if the refund amount exceeds the original deposit amount.
The refund amount should usually reach your bank account 3 days after the refund request.
Bank transfer
*For all International bank transfers GKFX will require proof of identity and proof of source of funds before making a bank transfer. The corresponding bank account must be in the same name as the account you hold with GKFX. Please be aware that your bank may charge you a receiving fee for any international payment, GKFX are not liable for this fee and this will be incurred by you.
Any payment made to your account with GKFX, by any means, in a currency other than that with which the account was set up in will be converted by us to that currency.
For bank transfers, this conversion will be done as soon as is reasonably practical to do so by us, which will usually be done at least once a day, and for credit and debit card payments, this conversion will be done at the time of the deposit. All conversions will be done at the prevailing market rate at the time.
No additional commisions will be charged by GKFX during the transfer period. If you will exposed to be charged for any unexpected amount, please contact to your bank.
